Before you start using your smartwatch:
1. Please charge the smartwatch to 100% before first use for at least 2 hours.
2. Use the cable supplied with a standard 5V 2A max. charger. Do not use fast chargers, do not use USB computer ports as they may not provide enough charging power.
3. You must purchase a 4G LTE SIM card compatible with smartwatches (must be a new number line, no duplicates, no multi-sim or prepaid cards are allowed and must have data and calling minutes)
WARNING: If your SIM card has a PIN code, before installing it in your smartwatch, install it in a mobile phone and disable the PIN code.
3. The SIM card is required to activate location, messages, and calling functions. The 4G kid's models cannot be used without a SIM card.
4. Download the SeTracker2 (for the kids 4G model) or Aibeile Plus (for the Senior model) APP on your phone and pair your watch using the QR code provided on the watch (this code will not be activated until the SIM card has been installed correctly in the smartwatch).
Correct SIM card installation:
1. Make sure that the device is turned off.
2. Remove the side cover of the SIM card.
3. Insert the SIM card into the slot and make sure the chip part of the card is in the direction indicated in the user manual
4. Replace the cover and turn on the smartwatch
5. Wait a minute for the smartwatch to gain coverage. Now you can start pairing with the corresponding APP.
